Dennis Epstein, CPA, CA, CMA, CBV, is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Ontario, the Canadian Institute of Management Consultants of Ontario, the Canadian Institute of Chartered Business Valuators, has successfully completed the Canadian Securities Course.

Dennis is a former partner and Managing Partner with Horwath Orenstein LLP, a Toronto-based chartered accounting firm and member of Horwath International. His practice included business consulting (including family business), debt/equity financing proposals, mergers and acquisitions, networking of early stage technology opportunities, franchising, and assisting entrepreneurs to manage growth for profit. During his tenure at Horwath Orenstein he published several books providing business and financial advice and outlining strategies for corporate growth to maximize share value. He was active for more than a decade as a member of such associations as The Canadian Venture Capital Association and The Canadian Franchise Association.
